Notes

I went boxing today.

I hadn't been able to go for a few weeks, but strangely enough, I felt like I was doing much better than usual, so I really enjoyed it.

I couldn't quite get into boxing before, but now I feel like I'm finally starting to get the hang of it and enjoy it.

Maybe it's thanks to my PT sessions, but my stamina feels like it has improved a lot...? However, I still feel like my cardiovascular endurance is lacking... I need to work harder on that.

Afterwards, I did some simple core-focused exercises as a cool-down.

I'm going to make exercise my main hobby for a while. Since I've started enjoying both the gym and boxing, I should push myself while I have this momentum!
