A challenge log for a "hardware upgrade." The goal is not to workout insanely hard, but to aim for consistency, even in small steps.

2026 Goals

Building habits for exercise and diet management

  • Go to the gym or boxing at least 4 times a week
  • Lose 5kg in the first quarter (Q1)
  • Log diet and workout about 5 times a week (Record even on rest days)
